Jeff got his start in telecommunications with CES in the mid eighties, where he ran an installation crew and was later promoted to project management. He carried those same skills with him to Qserve Communications.
	Dustin Drollinger is the Vice President/Safety Manager/Quality Control Supervisor and has 25 years experience in the industry. Dustin worked in the field running crews for two Midwest Communications Construction Companies.
	Michael Berry is a Project Manager and has 10 years experience in the industry. Mike began his telecom career in the field with ALT, Inc., was promoted to foreman, before becoming a Project Manager.
